So I had to send Natalie $10 to get up from the chair. Yeah. Other than that, Mall of America was cool. But I do, I am worried about malls in general. I just feel like it's like the status of the lifespan of a mall. Yeah.

You think people won't go anymore?

I think they need to be smaller and more activity driven. I think it needs, like, I don't think people escape rooms. Escape rooms are a little lame, but I think like Like I've always said, like, turn our mall here, the Sherman Oaks Mall, right?

It actually gets like pretty good foot traffic. I feel like for a mall it does really well.

But I'm just saying, if it was suffering, what I would do is I would gut the big department stores like Macy's, whatever, have the ends be like mini golf on one end, like 18 holes. On the other end, let's do 8 pickleball courts, 2 tennis courts on the other end. Because, you know, malls are usually like quadrants, like they're in like fours.

So like on the other end do basketball courts and then through the hallways have like activities, like either bars or make it very like Topgolf-esque, but make the entire thing like an activity center. So you come in and you just spend all day and it's just unlimited activities. You can, and it could be even like a theme park. Like you, you, uh, you pay like a $50 day pass, right? And maybe you get one free meal at the food court.

I don't know why there's like a spa experience and you can go to Abercrombie if you want.

I don't know why that's not happening. I feel like activity activities will never die unless we figure out VR properly. So I don't understand why malls aren't converting to like activity hubs, especially in the Midwest where like the activities are limited once it gets fucking cold.

you can, but there's something about it. It's the feng shui of these big malls that's a little bit off. Yeah, but then it's too much happening.

But then also I have been to malls that have that stuff and that's the worst. You want to go go into an escape room or go into a place that has like, um, no, Jay, mirrors and stuff.

That's just— I literally just told you why. It's the feng shui. It needs to be built like as an activity center, not as a mall coexisting with an activity center. That's what you just listed is like cheap activities. And then also I think there's another spectrum where like, I don't think you need skiing inside a mall.

Like, I don't think you need to go like above and beyond. I just think it needs to like all be so cohesive and make so much sense. Where it's like— and I, and I think walking through the mall, it shouldn't be a mall. I think it should be turfed, and it should be like you're walking through a neighborhood with streetlights. When we had the Discovery show— yes, so we had 5 years ago— we had a Discovery show 5 years ago.

So it had like, what, $700,000 per episode? An insane budget. $700,000 per episode. So like, not only were my friends getting paid, but everyone was getting first-class seats, best hotel rooms. It was the best setup to visit all, all all these fun countries around the world that we got to choose. We were like, we wanna go to South Africa. So the show's like, here's 700 grand. And they planned all of it. And we got to go and make a South Africa vlog and they made an episode. And then Jonah is like, we have 3 more countries left and we're planning it. And he's like, I can't do it. Like, I can't do it. I have to focus on my movie. We start shooting next week. He's like, I can't go to this. I can't do the show.
